What the app does
Your Shop Loyalty app is your membership card and your check-in button:
- Check in with one tap the moment you walk in the shop
- See your points and rewards anytime
- Claim rewards — birthday treats, streaks, and contest wins
- Join giveaways and votes your shop is running
Install on iPhone
📱 Safari — 4 steps
- Open your shop's loyalty link in Safari (the app must be added from Safari, not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The Shop Loyalty icon is now on your home screen.
Install on Android
🤖 Chrome — 2 steps
- Open your shop's loyalty link in Chrome.
- Tap the Install prompt at the bottom of the screen (or the ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen), then confirm.
How check-in works
When you arrive, open Shop Loyalty from your home screen and tap Check in. That's it — the shop sees you on their screen and your visit counts. No typing, no card to dig out.
Prefer the old way? Staff can also check you in by your phone number or by scanning your member barcode at the counter. All three ways do the same thing.
